Smart men once said - “If you don't have health – you have nothing”. Staying fit is one of the most important priorities in life, but it is challenging. We don't have much time, we work over-hours, we can't invest much in ourselves. Here is where Brisbane Bootcamps are coming to help. I can change your every day routine so you will be full of energy until sunset. Come and join us for full body workout in parks and green areas around Brisbane CBD.

The idea is to get you moving, sweat a lot, work hard and burn even more calories! Moreover, I will give you some dietary bullet-points and nutrition information so you can adjust your cuisine to workouts. And if you are interested we can do some measurements of your body as you start working out, as well as pictures before and after, to see your results and progresses over 4 or 8 weeks period. And everything is for very a reasonable price!

$10 per session or 100$ for 12 sessions valid for unlimited period of time! Let's keep it simple – come when it suits you.

Roster is written below. You can come any session you want any place you want. During bootcamps we will be aiming in all body workout using different tools and methods. You will jump, squat, run, push and twist in many different ways and angles so all workouts will be different and interesting. Sessions will last for 45 minutes unless specified differently.
