Inspired by the lifestyles of athletes, actors and other millionaires, Jim Hernandez knew that he wanted more out of life than a 40-hour work week at a dead-end job. If those people could come from humble backgrounds and achieve greatness, so could he. Jim Hernandez has been a Motivational Speaker Since 2009 with his specialty being speaking to the youth & young adults. He helps teach them to expand their horizons and change their train of thought so that they can begin to take control of their own lives and allow them to see that there is more to life than what they know and are accustomed to. Jim Hernandez is a fanatic of enlightenment and empowerment and loves sharing knowledge with others. Jim Hernandez is Also a mentor with the Bronx one on one Mentoring program and makes it his business to embody the message that he speaks.
