Broderick Boxley

Broderick Boxley received a top-tier education in order to prepare for the challenges of managing an educational facility. He earned his Doctor of Education from the University of Pennsylvania. Broderick Boxley attended The College of New Jersey for his Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees, during which time he held the position of President of the Minority Programming Committee. Later, he also received a Mercer County mentoring award.

From 1998 to 2003, Broderick Boxley worked for Educational Testing Service, a nonprofit organization that annually administers and scores more than 50 million tests, including the TOEFL and GRE. As Program Administrator and Developer for the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards and School Leadership Series, Broderick Boxley collaborated with top colleges and organizations such as the National Association of Elementary School Principals and National Council of Teachers of Mathematics.

Broderick Boxley previously served as a K-12 Curriculum Supervisor for The School District of the City of Pontiac, Michigan. He improved the district-wide mathematics curriculum by reforming professional development and leading an increase in state test scores. At Cherry Hill Public Schools, Broderick Boxley acted as Principal and Curriculum Supervisor from 2003 to 2008. He worked closely with the faculty and community to identify and support students who needed special assistance.

Dr. Broderick Boxley was with Princeton Charter School, a public school open to all students and run independently of local boards of education. Dr. Boxley currently serves organizations working to improve leadership, management, teaching, and learning. Broderick Boxley also delivered a $5.8 million campus building addition within schedule and budget.
