Shelby County is mostly made up of wide open corn and soy bean field that provides an incredible food source. Shelby County has been an antler restricted state for many years. We also uses a great mineral Buck Monster that is proven to increase antler growth. Brothers Outfitting has selected the finest hunting property in Shelby County.
Brothers Outfitting clients stay at the Americas Best Value Inn. Where you are treated like family. Americas Best offers 20 nicely furnished guestrooms featuring Internet access, in-room coffeemaker, hairdryer, AM/FM clock radio, microwave, mini-fridge and more. Daily complimentary continental breakfast served fresh in the Lobby. Other amenities include guest laundry facility, fax/copy services and ample parking. Once you arrive the day prior to your hunt (Check in time 11:00am) you will be met by your guides Chris Betts, Craig Betts and Dustin Miller. Once settled in your room your guide will go over what you can expect in the next 4 days. Arriving on the day prior to your hunt, this gives us time to get your Hunting Tags, zeroing in your firearms. We recommend that your firearm is zeroed in at 200 yards most of your shots will be 100 yards or less, for our bow hunters located just down the street is Salt River Outdoors that has an indoor bow range. Salt River Outdoors has a great staff and a large verity of hunting items. Shelbina also has a great restaurant named Martha's here you will find home cooked meals and friendly staff. Brothers will transport all hunters to and from locations. Your guide will have you in your stand ready to hunt an hour before daylight. Brothers will provide hunters that want to hunt all day with a pack lunch. Your guide will take you to and from your stand but will not sit in the stand with you your guide will be in contact with you throughout your hunt. While you are in your stand your guide will be scouting other farms if the need arises not only can you move stand sites but farms as well.
