Based in Park Ridge, Illinois, Bruce Adreani serves as president of Norwood Builders and pursues high-profile residential development projects across the Chicagoland area. Emphasizing the highest levels of customer service, Bruce Adreani learned the business from his father Ray and continues a legacy of first-hand involvement in every project from inception to completion.

Having started off creating quality single-family homes, Mr. Adreani has expanded over the years into a range of mixed-used communities, many of which combine condo units with ground-floor retail square footage. These developments offer hallmarks such as well-thought-out architectural design and the use of cutting edge technologies.

Among Mr. Adreani’s current undertakings is Arlington425, a three-building project that is budgeted at $150 million and will add 361 residential units to the downtown profile of suburban Arlington Heights. In addition to condominium units, the development is in the vicinity of a Metra station, fine dining and shopping. His industry involvement includes serving as founding member of the real estate and CIRCLES programs at Marquette University, and he also set in place a scholarship at the school.
