Bruce D. Smith

Mr. Smith brings thirty years of CEO and general management experience. He has operated companies in the telecommunications, data communications, software, satellite communications, medical imaging equipment, and special coatings industries. Mr. Smith was Chief Executive officer of Network Equipment Technologies, which he started, built, and listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NWK). The Wall Street Transcript recognized him with its “Gold Chief Executive Award” in the Communications Equipment Industry. Prior to founding NET, Mr. Smith was a Group Executive and Chief Strategic Officer at the Communications Satellite Corporation.
