Bryan Bartlett (Jacksonville)

A real estate professional concentrating on industrial and investment properties, Bryan Bartlett leads Jacksonville, Florida’s Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group as principal and senior vice president. In his 16 years with the Jacksonville firm, he has provided such clients as Cabot Properties, Plymouth Industrial REIT, and Lexington Realty Trust with brokerage and consulting services. In doing so, Bryan Bartlett has established a reputation as one of the leading commercial advisors in North Florida real estate in terms of both knowledge and experience.

Outside of his work with Newmark, the real estate professional maintains active community involvement on both a professional and personal level. He holds membership in such groups as NAIOP of Northeast Florida, the Urban Land Institute, and the Florida chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, as well as sits on the board of the Lutheran Social Services of Northeast Florida Relocation Task Force. Also a youth football and soccer coach, he belongs to the Rotary Club of Deerwood and engages with Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens as a member of the Development and Marketing Board.
