Executive Technology Coaching provides custom and individualized coaching. The coach works with the client to design a unique coaching process that accomplishes positive results. Each coaching relationship begins with an individual assessment, analysis and goals. Working together, we identify and develop measurable performance improvement goals. The coaching relationship is accountable to achievement and success.

One-on-One Coaching

A typical coaching session includes 3 interactions per month, for 3 or more months. We use a combination of face-to-face meetings, phone conferences and web conferences based on the client's needs and availability. In addition, we support each client with email and resources that extend and supplement direct coaching sessions.
