My name is Bryan Ginter. My job is the Workforce Planning Analyst for the Back Office Planning Division of the Executive Operations Department at United Healthcare Group. I have a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University's Ken Blanchard College of Business and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Industrial and Organization Psychology with an emphasis in Leadership. I'm a retired Navy veteran with 24 years of honorable service to our beloved country. I'm a highly motivated individual leveraging 40+ years of management and leadership experience with 30+ years of technical experience. I have combined my people skills with my passion for working with data and statistics. I enjoy using organizational skills to solve complex problems. I am analytical, intellectual, self-motivated, problem-focused, insightful, critical, and rational. I use experiences and knowledge of the facts to make decisions.
