Bryan Schieck

After 8 years in sales I ventured on my own in 2006 and started my own marketing business. This went well, until late 2008 when my business crashed with most of the market around me.

This experience however is not something I view as 'the market's fault' but my own. It was directly related to my vision and leadership. I have since been on a crusade as a consultant and entrepreneur to help other businesses grow.

To do this, a key balance is needed between understanding the value of the day to day, systems and processes but also the vision and culture of the company. Creating a community in which the intuitive strengths of each team member grow and challenge the company is the single greatest advantage of any business.

I consider each day a gift and myself a truly rich guy; with faith, an amazing wife & 5 great kids, health, and an entrepreneurial spirit to grow everyday and add value to others.
