ilana first looked after my dog Oscar, when my daughter had a destination wedding. It was the first time in his 12 years he hadn’t stayed with us, his family. To say we were anxious would be an understatement - but as soon as I met Ilana, I knew she was my people.

Her love for all animals is unmistakable. The videos and updates sent while we were away allowed us to truly enjoy the moment, knowing he was well looked after and loved.

To this day, whenever we walk past ilana’s house he wants to go in! The dogs she looks after aren’t a job to her - they’re her dogs.

ilana looked after our beautiful boy Scotch soon after we got him. As he was still a small puppy she would come to ours & have Bubbelah play with him in our yard for an hour each day so he wasn’t left alone all day. Ilana would send me videos of the dogs playing & make sure his water bowl was full & he was all content before she left. He absolutely loves ilana & Bubblelah, and I love that he was so well cared for. Ilana treats every dog as if it were her own, & Bubbelah is just so sweet and gentle but also very playful. We have left our precious Cavoodle Ollie with Ilana three times in the past 2 years. (Twice, for over a month each time). We received photos videos and updates on a daily basis. Videos were usually of Ollie and Bubbie chasing balls or each other down the corridor at her place or ilana playing fetch in the park or basketball court. ilana is very loving and treats her visitors as if they are her own.

Watching, how happy Ollie is in ilana's care put our minds at ease making for a much more relaxing holiday.
