Buk Bak

Born and raised at Komlemle in Accra,Prince Bright also known as Bling Sparkles started his primary education at Kings College in Komlemle, continued to City Secondary Business College before moving to Accra Technical Training College in Accra where he studied Graphics and Design. He met Issac Shoetan, (formerly of Buk Bak) and they decided to name themselves “Black Tribe” but they were always sidelined and “Booked Back” at events and were relegated until they auditioned and performed at Fun World and Kidafest and built their fan base which gave their careers the direction Ghanaians can’t have enough of now.

Late one afternoon in June, 1977, Ronnie Coches arrived at a small house in the inner city of Bubuashie a suburb of Accra. Ronnie spent sixteen years in Datus Complex before finishing off his technical training in Auto Mechanics at Accra Technical Training College (ATTC). But Ronnie’s first shot at recordings were Dancehall and he gave it to a renowned radio DJ who was then on Radio Universe and when the record was played Ronnie was convinced the music industry throne was his for the taken only if he was patient and hardworking enough to stand next the throne which was occupied by a few grown folks who will later fade and leave the seat empty.
