Hello, I’m Chris. I’m a Property Investor and Developer living in Manchester, United Kingdom.

I bought my first property when I was 22 and I remember being terrified thinking that everything would go wrong!

Luckily, most of my fears never came true (some did, but that's another story), so I carried on building my Buy to Let portfolio and in 2008, my portfolio was large enough for me to not have to work anymore.

Although I'm from the White Rose side of the Pennines, I would consider myself an expert in Manchester Property and love to help people who want to invest here.

If I'm not glued to RightMove, I'm more than likely eating steak, working through my extensive reading list or powering through the Cheshire countryside on my motorbike, (Triumph Speed Triple if you are interested). I am passionate about volunteering with Young Enterprise which is a charity dedicated to promoting business and enterprise in schools.
