Community Building and Social Change

The Community Building and Social Change group at Johns Hopkins University is dedicated to improving the quality of life of Baltimore city residents. We are a 501 c 3 nonprofit organization that aims to develop practical and sustainable grassroots initiatives to address problems faced by those in our community. Through these initiatives we intend to promote dialogue and activity that encourage ethnic diversity, an understanding of racial and religious plurality and health education on the Homewood Campus and elsewhere.
