Clifford C. Marshall has committed 25 years of service to the United States federal government through his work with the United States Postal Service. Marshall has extensive experience in routing logistics, geospatial navigation, critical path management and community engagement. Marshall is the local President of Branch 4871, Jackson, Georgia, National Association of Letter Carriers and represents District Four on the Butts County Board of Education
Marshall aids with the development and management of a comprehensive budget of more than $25 Million which provides a high quality education to more than 3,000 students in a fiscally responsible manner. In addition, Marshall works with civic stakeholders to create strategic plans that guides the direction of the school system, increasing efficiency by a minimum of 2%, annually.
Clifford C. Marshall has successfully organized awareness campaigns and established capital revenue generating models. He was recognized by the federal government for this work with the Combined Federal Campaign. Under Marshall’s direction, the campaign raised more than $450,000 in less than six (6) months. In addition to his role with the federal government, Marshall is heavily involved in community affairs. Marshall works with civic groups and nonprofit organizations to help achieve their missions and realized their visions. As a deacon, Marshall dedicates his time to administrative duties like coordinating programming and facilitating dialogue among members, parishioners and communities; and, performs financial duties like cash flow and debt management as well as benefit analysis.
Marshall, named a 2020 Who's Who in Black Atlanta Honoree by Real Times Media, is committed to encouraging environmental awareness, sustainability and scholarship through his work with community associations in Butts County. Marshall has served in a number of volunteer leadership roles ranging from preparing food for disadvantages families to hands on mentoring at education institutions. He has completed a number of certification programs to include people management and organizational development training. Marshall earned a degree in marketing from Griffin Technical College.
