Christine is president & owner of E.B. Howard Consulting, a certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) through the SBA and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) in New York State.

Christine has 15+ years of experience in the development of non-dilutive funding resources, proposal preparation, and evaluation of funded programs and projects.

Christine is the president of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) - Buffalo Niagara.

Christine is an active member of the Erie County Commission on the Status of Women's steering committee, "WNY Women Action Coalition" which connects women with the resources they need to reach their full potential and recommends measures to coordinate, consolidate or expand the resources and services available to women in Erie County.

Christine is the former board chair of Ten Thousand Villages of WNY (TTV) where she served on the board for 4 years - 2014-2018.- she was highly instrumental in ensuring a successful move of the store from the main street in Williamsville to Elmwood in Buffalo in the fall of 2017.

She has served as a first round judge in 43 North’s Business Competition (in 2014) and is also currently Buffalo/Niagara SBA - Score Volunteer - delivering workshops individuals who are thinking about entrepreneurship in the Buffalo/Niagara area. She is also the recipient of the "Women In Leadership" award 2016/2017.
