Squeaky tight handles of ivory colour, tuning scale of “VEF” radio player shining in the darkness of children’s room by all cities of the world and hissing chaos of voices.

That was my first meeting with the radio. The second meeting with it gifted me love. Our life together is still running on and our feelings are growing stronger.

I always tried to be on the corner of rebels fighting for “straightening” the broadcasting: to work from the first take, even on the basis of improvisation of prepared ones. It is just like in life – you have only one try.

I think that my on-air role acquired its final shapes when I made a discovery: vinyl pancakes are also tasty with radio-sauce.

I am very busy from Monday to Friday waiting for Saturday to give a cordial wave of my hand at the entrance into “The DEBRI”.
