My number one StrengthQuest quality is compassion. I believe this quality fits me well because I understand what it is like to be in certain situations and I like helping people be the best they can be.

One of the assignments that I like most today was the Lessons From a First-Year Buckeye. I liked that I got to reflect on the past semester and write down mistakes I made. This will help me to not make those same mistakes again.

The next assignment that I enjoyed what the Focus on the Future essay. I liked thinking about what a perfect like would be like in 10 years. Then I imaged what life would be like with more realistic goals. The essay helped me to narrow in what I really want in my future.
