Throughout his career in the energy exploration and development industry, Cam Kramer has created strategic plans that create value for stakeholders. He draws on extensive experience in production fields, including early-career production, engineering, and operations roles with Schlumberger and Noreen Energy. In 1995, Cam Kramer became a production engineer with Canadian Natural Resources Limited, thus beginning a long tenure with the company. His success in planning and executing large-scale projects led to a promotion to manager of field operations, in which position he nurtured a workplace culture of innovation, cost mitigation, and high production levels.
Over more than 15 years with Canadian Natural Resources Limited, Cam Kramer held roles of increasing responsibility in production and development operations, consistently leading process improvement initiatives that improved revenue-to-cost ratios. In 2010, Mr. Kramer became senior vice president of North America operations and a member of the management committee, a position in which he played a key role in developing overall corporate strategy.
Most recently, Mr. Kramer served as chief operating officer of ARC Resources Limited. During his time with the firm, he successfully advanced the companies business model of providing value growth with income generation.
