Carlos Lambaria
More than 20 years ago, engineer Carlos Lambaria began to face life as a person coping with a disability, and today he leverages his experience to support others in similar situations. Lambaria founded T6 Enterprises LLC in 2006, and today the company serves numerous clients with disabilities extend their professional reach. Based in Flint, Michigan, the group offers a variety of resources and the benefits of a social network of peers. Carlos Lambaria leads skill development and empowerment seminars, as well as providing one-on-one resume and interview coaching services. Seeking to aid a wide range of people, he also acts as an independent consultant to entrepreneurs with disabilities. In this capacity, Lambaria offers guidance in areas of financial and professional strategy, program development, acquisition, and marketing and sales. Carlos Lambaria holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from GMI Engineering and Management Institute, which has since become known as Kettering University. He enjoyed more than 15 years in the automotive industry, first as a lead design release engineer and then as a project manager. In these roles, Lambaria headed teams of up to 10 people, managed financials and acquisitions, led project development teams in more than five countries, and architected specialized training methods and role responsibilities. Since entering the workforce in 1990, he garnered extensive expertise in negotiations, professional communications, human resource initiatives, and goal-driven presentations. Carlos Lambaria draws from both a lengthy professional history and understanding of others in all professional engagements, whether assisting individuals in marketing themselves to prospective employers, teaching sustainable skill seminars, or helping growing businesses explore their potentials. In his free time, he enjoys baseball, football, and supporting his local church.
