I’m a psychotherapist based at South Terrace Medical Centre, Cork, offering one-to-one therapy for adults and adolescents.
My work focuses on supporting people to build self-acceptance, emotional resilience, confidence, and happiness.
Alongside private practice, I am a speaker and facilitator, designing and delivering engaging workshops, talks and courses across Ireland for schools (teachers and students), businesses, healthcare professionals and parent groups.
My goal? To help people understand the psychology behind their everyday experiences and to give practical, relatable tools to live more calmly, communicate more clearly and feel more connected to themselves and others.
Talk & Workshop Topics Include:
How to Be a Better Parent
How to Talk to Children About Sex and Sexuality
Managing Anger, Stress, Anxiety and Self-Doubt
Learn How to Be Happy
Psychology in Everyday Life
Improving Communication Skills
Emotional Regulation for Real Life
I believe that when we learn to regulate our thoughts, feelings and emotions, we unlock our ability to feel calm, content, and connected to ourselves and those we care about.
Whether in therapy, at a workplace event, or in a community workshop, I offer practical, down-to-earth psychology that helps people be the best they can be.
