Filmmaker and Producer in the United States
Carter Boehm is a seasoned business professional wit decades of experience in a variety of industries. Currently, Carter serves as the founder and president of Ponderosa Films, based out of Montana, US.
Before his current position, Carter Boehm was heavily involved in the real estate industry. He served as a principal owner of a large land development company that found great success throughout the continental United States. However, as his career progressed, Carter realized where his true passions lie: film.
Since his youth, Carter has respected and admired the power that audio and visual presentations can have over human emotions. Some of Carter's fondest memories are of his time with his father, traveling the world, filming strange and exotic locales and animals for major distributors like Disney and TIME Magazine.
Carter Boehm then took this experience and passion and implemented it during his time with the United States Military where he served as an audio/visual specialist. During this time, Carter was responsible for setting up the audio and visual needs for a variety of major speeches and presentations held by large political figures.
Eventually, Carter Boehm was able to realize his full dream of founding his first film studio: Ponderosa Films, a namesake for his father's previous film studio. Although the studio is still young, Carter and company have shown great success early on with the projects they have worked on. The studio's first film, Broken Ghost, was met with praise and its newest project, Robert the Bruce, is shaping up to be a major film.
Carter is excited about the future of his studio, and hopes to turn Ponderosa Films into a household name. He is also eager to learn as much as he can about the film industry and what is possible for his studio.
