Casswell has established a dynamic organization that utilizes cutting-edge training and trauma-informed strategies to engage and empower prospective citizens and residents with barriers to gaining meaningful employment. Casswell has earned a Bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of Louisville and a Masters degree in Humanities and Social Sciences from Nova Southeastern University. He has been selected as a FUSE Corps Executive Fellow who is given the task of creating an integrated approach to employment for the Re-Entry population in Los Angeles County. He will be assisting the LA County WDACS department with identifying a sound and effective strategy.
