I'm lucky -- I love my job. Of course i love my family and my hobbies too, but I still love my job. I don't know how many people can still get excited about their job after over 20 years in the same business. Working with my real estate clients is NEVER boring. I've learned that the best value I can bring to my clients is knowledge and experience. There really is no substitute. Yesterday I went "home" to my original brokerage, Taylor Properties and my broker, Bob Taylor who, along with so many wonderful older agents there took the time to be my teachers and mentors for the first 12 years of my real estate career. In addition to growing up in a real estate family, Bob is also a practicing real estate attorney. I can't tell you how many times his superior knowledge of contracts and real estate law allowed me to provide the best service to my clients, protecting their interests and getting the best deals on their purchases and sales. I've been fortunate to have some interesting experiences over the past 10 years with other companies, some start ups, some small and some large. I've worked with some great people and learned a lot, but I never felt I had as much to offer my clients as I did when I worked with Bob Taylor and the team of agents at Taylor Properties. There really is NO PLACE LIKE HOME and I can't tell you how happy I am to be back and ready to take on any real estate challenges you have to offer me. So lets go out there and do some successful real estate deals. It's a great time to buy or sell!
