I am a Bachelor of Education graduate as well as a postgraduate student studying BAHons in English. I currently live in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. My interests range from acting, reading and volunteering. I am also interested in technology. At the moment I am still doing my BA Hons in English. I am a qualified teacher specializing in English and History for the Senior and FET phases. I am passionate about my subjects of specialisation. I am eager to learn more about technology tools that could be of use in teaching and learning. The involvement of technological learning tools will be part of accommodating multiple intelligences of students and to establish an interesting learning environment. I am a certified Microsoft Innovative Educator as a qualification achieved by completing several of the online courses provided in the Microsoft Educator Community. The intent to completing multiple online courses was and is to improve my expertise as a teacher because teachers must be long-life learners. Determined to be a facilitator so that students become active participants in their learning process.
