Chad McKoy
Orono, Maine
Chad McKoy is currently an undergraduate studying Mathematics, Secondary Education, and Dance at the University of Maine. He's expecting to graduate May, 2015 and is currently seraching for Graduate Schools. Chad's involved on campus with multiple organizations while maintaining a strong academic focus. Coming from a small hometown, he knew the importance of motivation and leadership and has thus helped re-charter ATO, a leadership fraternity, at the university. He's also a Resident Assistant in Balentine Hall, which is host to a wide variety of students. Other organization involvement includes being the fundraising chair 2015 Class Council and the secretary for Resident Assistant Advisory Board.
Chad has found that, though transitions in life may be tough, there's always help to be found. He believes collaboration is vital in most situations, yet still retains high personal standards for both himself and his coworkers. Personal relationships are also very important to him in order to successfully work together. In his spare time he can be found tapping his feet, staring thoughtfully off into space, and working fervently on silly research projects.
