William Chaddock, Chief Executive Officer of Chaddock Fiduciary Services,LLC, possesses a broad range of financial service experience. He has helped his business to achieve official court appointments from five Superior Courts to serve in the following roles: estate conservator and guardian, trustee, administrator, and executor.

Chaddock Fiduciary Services, LLC, provides reliable, high-quality services as it oversees crucial decisions regarding estate assets. Beyond asset management, the company also serves as a public benefits strategist. A subsidiary company, Asset Preservations for California (APS California), has provided public benefits planning strategies since the company's inception in 1994. APS California operates from three locations: Santa Barbara, Silicon Valley, and Santa Cruz.

A graduate of National University in San Diego, Mr. Chaddock holds a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from that institution. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the former United States International University, now Alliant International University, also based in San Diego, where he was also a collegiate golf champion. Prior to founding Chaddock Fiduciary Services, he spent two decades managing bank branches. In the past, he has been licensed in real estate sales, life and disability insurance, and as a Registered Representative, through the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).
