I would describe myself as a free-spirited individual. I love butterflies; purple butterflies in particular. I started my career as a legal assistant. After I received my Paralegal Degree from the University of Cincinnati, I moved back home to Florida and started working for law firms while completing my BS in Business Management at the University of Phoenix.

After completing my BS and working fifteen years in the legal field, I switched careers and opened a retail embroidery, t-shirt, and promotional products business. I thought for sure that was the hardest and most challenging thing I had ever done in my life until the recent passing of my dad.

My retail business has been serving the community for almost ten years now. I am now in the process of developing an eCommerce business called (yes, you guessed it) "The Purple Butterfly".

The Purple Butterfly will offer a variety of items that I find interesting, funny, and inspiring. My end vision for the site is a place where tall girls can purchase items that fit! For me, being six feet tall is not the problem. The problem is finding clothing that I like in my length. The Purple Butterfly will be the solution.
