Charles Balanoff is a licensed insurance broker with considerable experience in the fields of estate planning, veterans’ benefits, and the Medicaid system. He serves as president and chief financial consultant of Eldercare Advantage in Groveland, Massachusetts. Since assuming his leadership role with Eldercare Advantage in 1990, Charles Balanoff also has engaged as a sales manager with New York Life. His responsibilities with New York Life included a range of training and recruitment functions.

In addition to his accomplishments in the insurance world, Charles Balanoff has chaired the Timberlane Regional School Budget Committee since 2006. He also has coached Little League baseball for nearly 15 years. In a further effort to give back to his community, Balanoff spearheads fundraising efforts for elder services throughout the Merrimack Valley area and makes regular donations to organizations such as the American Cancer Society. He recently spoke on the subject of veterans’ benefits at Peregrine Senior Living and Avita of Newburyport.
