Based in Hackensack, New Jersey, Charles J. Diven Jr. leads Divlong and provides conception-to-completion solutions spanning residential units, commercial buildings, and outdoor sports facilities. Previously serving as principal of 102-104 Ash Associates, Charles J. Diven Jr. guided major projects such as a large-scale Westchester County sports complex and an off-track betting facility in the Bronx.

A graduate of Fordham University, Mr. Diven earned his degree cum laude in business sciences and engineering. He subsequently completed law studies cum laude at the Pace University School of Law. In the late 1980s, he held responsibilities as Rosenberg Diamond Development Company site superintendent. Working within the Bronx, Mr. Diven guided the rehabilitation and management of a diversity of multifamily apartment buildings.

In 1994, Mr. Diven took on a role as LPG Associates, Inc., principal and guided a general contracting firm that spearheaded a variety of design-build projects. He also completed gut/rehabilitation projects spanning Manhattan, the Bronx, and Westchester County for clients such as the Community Preservation Corporation.

A fitness enthusiast, Charles J. Diven Jr. enjoys baseball and softball, and has served as Yorktown Athletic Club youth baseball travel commissioner.
