Charlie L'Esperance is President of L'Esperance Consulting, LLC. During his professional career, Charlie has held multiple leadership positions in the travel/hospitality/recreation industries, including:

- CIO and Corporate Officer at Vail Resorts, Inc.
- SrVP of Hotel Systems & Executive Committee at Marriott Corporation
Charlie also currently serves in a number of volunteer positions:

- Vail Valley Medical Center Board of Directors (Trustee)
