Hi, I'm Charlie Nowaczek. I like making companies work better. Whether that be getting them off the ground, helping them grow or polishing the edges, I have spent my career as an operating executive, management advisor, and consultant specializing in strategic program development and execution. This has spanned new business launches, operational improvements, organizational transformations, compliance and security, integrations and the implementation of a variety of technology/systems solutions for mature organizations as well as for fast-growing start-ups and turn-around environments. I really enjoy mobilizing and leading teams to make technology-oriented endeavors grow to scale in exciting ways and in an ethical manner.

In the realm of executive philosophy, I'm a strong believer in there being a distinct difference from leadership and management, and that there is a place and a need for them both at every company. I'm also an advocate of internal motivation as the best way to find happiness and excel.

In my free time, I am also passionate about mountain sports, surfing (the kind done in the ocean), electric guitars and digital photography. Splitboarding, snowboarding, surfing, and a host of other 'extreme' sports.
