Hi!! I’m Charlise Stallworth-Watson, Principal owner of K & M Taxes, a Family owned and operated Tax Legacy, established in 2008. We have two South Florida locations in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. I am a Tax and Real Estate Investment Specialist, who was given the moniker "Tax Queen" by my clients and ran with it ever since.

A native of Miami, FL, I am a Certified Pharmacy Technician and a Tax Preparer by trade. While working for two of the nations leading Tax Preparation companies, Tax Preparation and Financial Literacy became a passion of mine and it was something I wanted to share with others. Like the old adage says " Make your Passion your Paycheck." I did just that, stepped out on faith, got an office space and the rest is history. 16 years in the game and 11 years with my own Company, I couldn't be happier. I have grown K & M Taxes into more than just a Tax Preparation Company, our trained professionals provide additional services of Credit Repair, Immigration & Naturalization Services and Bookkeeping for various entities throughout South Florida.

Paying it forward and giving back to the community is a top priority to me and my K & M Taxes Family. I am a Public and Motivational Speaker who continuously educates the community with Financial and Entrepreneurship seminars that I give on a quarterly basis. I also have various philanthropic events catering to the underserved throughout the year, be it Back to school events, Thanksgiving giveaways, Christmas toy drives or shall I just say anytime I just feel like giving.
