I work in the hospitality sector and have done for 6 years now. I was an assistant manager for Frankie & Bennys in Evesham which is a role I loved doing. I started as a waitress working 20 hours a week and worked my way up the ladder. I attended a management in training course which was held in Merry Hill Frankies until returning to home soil full of knowledge and eagerness to turn Evesham Frankies into a hugely successful restaurant in the brand- the bonuses (which as a team we worked hard to achieve) were excellent!!

In May this year I left and went to work for Vauxhall selling cars, completely different career direction but as I have such a keen interest in the motor industry I figured I had to go for it. After 3 short months however I soon realised that it is hospitality that I adore and it is where I belong. After making great friends and selling lots of cars I left. I am now the deputy manager at The Regal Cinema in Evesham earning a great salary and developing a young team of recruits into budding customer service experts. My big focus is to concentrate on table service and ensuring no single customer leaves unhappy.
