I am an up and coming chef out of the Charlotte Metropolitan area. I realized my passion for the culinary world in 2013, after working in sales. My background is in business management with a B.S from North Carolina A&T State University.
My goal is to introduce people to innovative ways to look at food. For example, taking an ordinary everyday meal and transforming it into something more unique. I have experience in fine dining, catering, and casual/fast food dining, as well as cooking classes. I tend to get inspired by watching the young chefs on shows such as Man vs. Child, Chopped Junior Edition, and Guy and Rachel Kid Cook Off. Their creativity, imagination, and take on the world keep me on my toes.
