As chef and chief executive officer of Sunny Side Up Hospitality, Jeff Mcinnis owns and operates Root & Bone in Manhattan, New York, and serves as partner in six other restaurants in Florida, Indiana, and the US territory of Puerto Rico. In addition to serving as a chef for all of these restaurants, Jeff Mcinnis performs a range of administrative and brand management functions. Two of Sunny Side Up’s most recent ventures are the Mi’Talia Kitchen in South Miami, Florida, and Sauced Pizza in Portage, Indiana.

Over the course of his career, Jeff Mcinnis has received a number of prestigious honors, including two James Beard Foundation awards and a “Best in Florida” StarChef Rising Star designation. He has also hosted cooking product segments for the Home Shopping Network. During the 2009/2010 season, Mr. Mcinnis appeared as a competitor on the Emmy Award-winning NBC/ Bravo TV program Top Chef. He remained on the program until the season’s penultimate episode.
