My passion for food is what drew me into the Culinary world. But it was the love of technique that drew me to become a Chef. Growing up in NYC I was able to experience a mutlitude of different cuisines as well as cultures, which only fueled the fire to taste and desire more of life. I was privately trained in the art of Pastry & Baking, with a background of Carribean/French techniques. A Personal Chef/Affordable Caterer, who works hard creating meals for all my clients that are prepared with all the love and attention as well as style.
