Chef Marko Bmore

Chef Marko Bmore…. The “People’s” Chef! Chef Mark has found a way to make healthy cooking- easy & satisfying. With no fancy equipment and by speaking everyday English instead of “chef-talk,” Chef Mark loves cooking & teaching others how to cook simple healthy meals.

“…I'm just a chef who uses easy, simple everyday food techniques when teaching my clients how to cook great food... food that's ‘big in taste” but “small in effort'. I try to use only a handful of everyday household food ingredients, spices and seasonings; added with a few culinary common sense cooking steps– and that's it! I don’t consider myself to be a fantastic cook, but what makes my culinary creations sooo fantastic is that my cooking is passion driven & I believe in the presentation & simplification of cooking.”
