Hi, I am Paul Stanislaw and I am a chef. I started in the culinary industry 15 years ago, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2006 with a bachelors in culinary arts management, owned and operated Absolute Catering in Orlando for five years, worked on a private yacht, managed a boutique catering company in San Francisco, cooked in Vietnam, was the Executive Sous Chef at the award winning Chef's Table at the Edgewater Hotel, and taught culinary arts to the general public for 2 years.
I have traveled a good portion of the world, I can't wait to see the rest. I love to cook, eat, and do just about anything else food related. I am also into disc golf, blues music, fishing, and wine. I really love wine!
