He discovered his love for cooking at the age of nine. He started cooking for his maternal grandparents at home since he was highly inspired by his own late grandfather Mr. Adam Jarady who loved to cook his own food and greatly motivated Chef Ali in cookery ever since he was nine years old by cooking along with him, buying him cook books and encouraging him to watch Bil Hana Wal Shifaa Chef Osama’s first TV show and Ma Osama Atyab since he used to love the Arab cuisine, thus making Chef Ali a great fan of Chef Osama el Sayed's TV shows who follows his shows to date.
