He has helped open restaurants as well as breweries and corporate cafeterias for some of CT most successful companies. A classically trained chef who has studied at French Culinary Institute as well as The Center for Culinary Arts -- Knowledge and experience are among his biggest assets. Fully invested in the growth of clients, customers and co-workers, he aspires to continue learning and being excited by the food industry and to teach and inspire others.
