Chelle is currently a fifth grade teacher in Greencastle, Indiana and a professional speaker for educators. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from IU and a Master's Degree in Education from Indiana Wesleyan. Chelle is passionate about science education and about building relationships as a tool for teaching. She loves sharing her experience and knowledge with other educators to help enhance their teaching and learn new skills.

Chelle has helped the Indiana Department of Education write new 2016 Science standards, evaluate the ISTEP, and write teacher guides for Math standards. She has been nominated for the Presidential Awards for Excellence in Math and Science Teaching 2016.
