Mr Chen is a physiotherapist with extensive experience and skills and works for a private out-patient clinic.

Mr Chen has a B.Sc. with honors in Physiotherapy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2009) and is continuing his master study in Health Service Management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
