I live on an island in the Gulf of Mexico. I grew up in a city in the south where I spent my youth surfing, sailing and riding horses.The city also provided me with many art and culturl activities.
At 18, I moved west to the Rockies. There I mountaineered, horse packed, cowgirled and rafted. I spent my formative years in the mountain culture.

I am 25 years a Registared Nurse, originally psych specialized (my love), but now am actually a “jack of all trades” in the healing realm. My first alternative medicine studies were with an herbalist in Utah 35 years ago. I have spent my life studying comparitive religions, metaphysical and esoteric teachings, social culture and reiki and energy healing modalities.

These days when not working from home (or some varied location), you will probably find me riding my bicycle on he beach, maybe kayaking, nuturing my plants or spending time with my family.

My passion remains the Holistic Health model. Body, Mind and Spirit and teaching those tools for the shift in the New Paradigm of Consciousness that our species is currently navigating.
