I’m Emmanuel Chimaobi Onwukwe, professionally known as CHIBLIZY a Digital Innovation Specialist, Social Media Manager, Business Consultant, Creative Strategist, Content Innovator, and Music Artist based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

I operate at the intersection of technology, creativity, business, and innovation. My work is driven by a simple belief: great ideas are not enough they need strategy, execution, visibility, and the right opportunities to grow.

Over the years, I have built experience across social media management, digital innovation, AI and emerging technologies, business development, creative branding, content strategy, multimedia production, entrepreneurship, operations coordination, and business/grant advisory. I am passionate about helping individuals, creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses turn ideas into structured opportunities and opportunities into measurable results.

Through CHIBLIZY, I explore the power of technology and creativity to solve problems, build brands, educate people, and create economic opportunities. My interests extend beyond simply “being online.” I am deeply interested in Artificial Intelligence, automation, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, business growth, education, music, storytelling, and the future of work.

I have also been actively involved in the entrepreneurship and funding ecosystem supporting business owners with grant opportunities, business positioning, proposals, applications, growth strategies, and access to relevant opportunities. I understand that many brilliant businesses do not fail because their ideas are bad; they struggle because they lack the right information, structure, visibility, strategy, and access. That gap is one I am passionate about helping to close.

My professional background has also strengthened my experience in leadership, team coordination, operations, and service delivery. I understand what it means to work with people, manage responsibilities, solve problems under pressure, and turn plans into daily execution.
