China City of America

Currently in the conceptual planning phase, China City of America (CCOA) is a multi use development slated for construction on 575 acres in Sullivan County, New York. An area of natural beauty in the Catskill Mountains, located 70 miles north of New York City, the region is one which is identified in need for economic development. To begin, China City of America will concentrate on a state-of-the-art education center.

Designed to attract American, Chinese, and other international students, the center will provide a leading-edge, quality learning environment. To date, CCOA has initiated agreements with three major Chinese education institutions or systems.

CEO Sherry Li has a team in place of highly trained engineers, architects, planners, and construction professionals. Also on board are insurance experts and land-use attorneys who are committed to fulfilling local, state, and federal regulations on issues. Environmental report professionals will handle the traffic study, water and wastewater sewer treatment, biological reports to environmental preservation.
