A resident of San Francisco, Christopher “Chris" Westergaard has a background as the director and cofounder of The Center For Human Development. Based in St. Paul, Minnesota, Chris Westergaard provided psychotherapy services at a community-based educational organization that met the diverse needs of adults, families, and children.
