As owner and head coach with Epoch Sports, Chris Facione leads a San Diego North County enterprise that offers athletes of a variety of ages personalized instruction in baseball, softball, football, and basketball. The business also encompasses a competitive travel softball group that employs the talents of former university and professional athletes in training young athletes with ambitions to play at the collegiate level. Chris Facione engages with youth and their parents in ensuring they meet athletic goals and achieve academic progress.

Coach Facione studied at the University of California at Berkeley and Santa Clara University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in political science. He was a member of the Cal varsity baseball team. For more than a decade, he led The Next Level Athletics as CEO and chief instructor, and offered San Diego athletes training in a variety of sports. Chris Facione operated the county’s highest-ranked baseball sports camp, with the organization achieving top five ranking nationwide for five years straight. His efforts enabled more than 100 student athletes to obtain athletic scholarships.
