Self-Employed Entrepreneur & Real Estate Developer in Sacramento, CA, USA
Chris Nicholas Vrame is a Sacramento, California–based entrepreneur and real estate developer with a career defined by innovation, persistence, and long-term vision. Raised in the greater Chicago area, he developed a strong work ethic and an appreciation for community early in life. He later attended DePaul University, where he strengthened the discipline and strategic thinking that would shape his professional path.
Vrame first gained recognition in Chicago as a co-creator of The Tasting Room, a Wine Spectator-acclaimed wine bar that allowed guests to sample more than 100 wines by the glass in a single evening. The concept blended hospitality with retail, offering customers the opportunity to purchase the wines they tasted. The project reflected his ability to pair creativity with operational execution.
After relocating to California, Vrame focused on entrepreneurship and development. He served as co-founder and primary financial partner of Arena Softball, an indoor adaptation of baseball designed to create a faster-paced and more engaging experience. In Elk Grove, he led the redevelopment of the Lakeside Business Park and Residential Planned Community, transforming previously stalled property into a thriving mixed-use neighborhood with more than 300 homes and commercial space.
His work centers on building projects that create lasting community impact.
