I am Chris Otter (Co-Owner/Founder of Hy-Tekk Productions, co-founder of www.hy-tekk.com) I promote electronic music across the Midwes in several different form's and have a lot fun while doing it. I do this because I love the entire culture that is behind the EDM scene as a whole. The art's, music, dance and belief's behind it. Like most things it is constantly progressing but very few things are ever changing while entertaining countless numbers of people world wide along the way.
